#MKGlam Voxbox review

So I am an avid beauty lover, but Mary Kay is a brand that I barely got to use.  This was a pretty exciting box to receive.

This box was a really generous box-providing everything one would need to do  full natural face.  Box total $114.00 dollars 😮

Mary Kay Lash Love Mascara (I ❤ black; $15.00)

Mary Kay Cream Eye Color Apricot Twist

($14.00)

Totally in love with the color on its own or as a shadow base.

Mary Kay Gel eyeliner with expandable brush applicator, (Jet black; $18.00)

Mary Kay Mineral Cheek Color Shy Blush ($12.00)

It's a pretty pinky coral with a hint of gold sparkle.  Very doable on any skin tone.

Mary Kay Translucent Loose Powder ($16.00)

Mary Kay Bronzing Powder ($18.00)

This bronzer is very shimmery, but very wearable.  As you can tell from the swatch above- it doesn't really work well with darker skin tones, but could pass as a highlight.

Mary Kay Nourishing Plus Lip Gloss, Mango Tango ($14.00)

At first glance this color was very scary to me.  I love my pinks and my nudes and usually never go brighter than that- with all that being said.  I really loved this gloss.  It wasn't sticky or tacky feeling, it actually went on very smooth.  As you can tell from the swatch it is fairly pigmented and such a great color for spring/ summer.

Mary Kay Powder Brush & Mary Kay Cream Eye Color/Concealer Brush ($10.00)

These brushes are very soft and worked well with the products they were made for.

Here is my finished look using only the contents provided in my #MKGlam voxbox.  I want to thank Mary Kay and Influenster to test out the products and review them.

Rimmel Retro Glam Mascara

I received this mascara from Influenster (Thank you).  I have tried one other rimmel mascara and was not a fan of it, my decision was instantly saved with the Rimmel Retro Glam mascara.  This is def a must have for a drug store mascara.

My influenster voxbox Colgate Slimsoft

I received a box from Influenster to review some new colgate products.  Within a few days I finished the mouthwash provided from my influenster box.

Colate Total mouthwash:  gives a good clean feeling, but leaves somewhat of a bad after taste.

Colgate Total advance whitening:  Love colgate toothpaste and this one really does the trick.  I have pretty white teeth to begin with, but I think this helps keep them white.

Colgate Slimsoft toothbrush:  LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVEEEEE!!  I am very particular with my toothbrushes.  The bristles get so close to my gum line, which is something I need.  The bristles are soft enough for my sensitive gums.  Def' recommend.
